Terms of Use
Last updated 27 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Vendigit (the "Service"), an AI shopping assistant for online shops, operated by Well Digit LLC ("we", "us").
-
01 Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
-
02 The Service
Vendigit answers your shop visitors' questions on your website and connected channels (such as Telegram), using your product feed, catalogue and knowledge base, and hands conversations over to your team when needed.
Answers are generated by AI models. They can be incomplete or wrong, and you remain responsible for the prices, stock, terms and other information you publish and for the promises made to your customers.
The Service is provided "as is". We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it with reasonable notice.
-
03 Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account, including by members you invite to your team. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised access.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.
-
04 Acceptable use
You may connect only shops, domains and channels that you own or are authorised to operate.
You must not use the Service to sell illegal goods, mislead customers, collect payment card, passport or other sensitive data through the assistant, send spam, or attempt to bypass usage limits or reverse-engineer the platform.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis and a privacy notice for the conversations your visitors hold with the assistant on your website.
-
05 Subscriptions and billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment processing, taxes, invoices and refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms are available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms.
Plans include usage limits. When a limit is reached the assistant may switch to an efficient mode or pause until the next billing period or an upgrade.
You can cancel at any time from your team settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
-
06 Your data and intellectual property
You keep all rights to your catalogue, knowledge base, settings and the conversations held in your shop ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Customer Data only to provide and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Vendigit, its software, design and trademarks belong to Well Digit LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service while your subscription is active.
-
07 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost sales or profits resulting from an assistant's answer or an interruption of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
-
08 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
