Which plan fits your shop

• Starter suits one shop that answers customers on its website.
• Growth adds Telegram and your team, for up to three shops.
• Business is for many shops or a large catalog: unlimited shops and the largest product limit.
• Enterprise is for anything beyond that. Limits are agreed with you; write to contact@welldigit.com.

What counts as a dialog

A dialog is a unit of conversation, not a visitor. Every 8 messages a customer sends in one conversation count as one dialog, so a customer who asks two or three questions uses one dialog.

You get an email when 80% of the month's dialogs are used.

When the month's dialogs run out

New customers see your shop's contact details instead of an answer, so nobody is left without a way to reach you. Dialogs renew with the next billing period, or when you move to a larger plan.

Products per shop

Each plan indexes your feed up to its product limit per shop. If the feed has more products, the assistant can only find and recommend the indexed ones; on a larger plan the rest are indexed at the next sync.

The free trial

The trial runs for 14 days on Starter, with Starter limits, and needs no card. Growth and Business start straight as a subscription.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which also handles taxes and invoices.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. The first payment for a plan is fully refundable within 14 days; see the refund policy.
