You're looking at Vendigit alternatives, or you're weighing Tidio vs Jivo vs Vendigit for your shop's chat. Good: a chat tool is something you'll live with every day, so it's worth comparing properly. We make Vendigit, so read this knowing that. What we can promise is that every fact about other tools was checked on the vendor's own pages in October 2026 and is linked, and that we'll say plainly when another tool suits you better.
The short answer
- Tidio is a live-chat inbox with an AI agent (Lyro) that learns from your support content. Strong free plan, easy start.
- Jivo is a live chat that brings many messengers into one window, Viber and Instagram included, with an AI agent sold per operator.
- Vendigit is an AI shopping assistant that answers from your product feed and site pages, on your website and in Telegram, on flat monthly plans.
The right pick depends on two questions: what do your customers ask about, and where do they write?

Tidio: when it's the better choice
According to Tidio's pricing page, you can start free with 50 billable conversations and 10 seats, move to Starter (listed at $24.17 a month) or Growth (from $49.17), and add Lyro from $32.50 a month for 50 Lyro conversations. The first 50 Lyro conversations are free on every account.
Pick Tidio if your chat is mostly about shipping, returns and opening hours, you already have help content written, and you want a full live-chat inbox where your team answers every conversation, AI or not. A free plan to try things is a real advantage.
Think twice if most questions are about specific products. Tidio's Lyro page describes it learning from your support content; it doesn't describe reading a product feed. Also note that Lyro is counted per conversation on top of the chat plan, so check what your monthly volume would cost.
Jivo: when it's the better choice
Jivo's pricing page lists BASE at $28, PRO at $42 and VIP at $56 per agent a month on annual billing. The free plan already connects Telegram, Facebook, Instagram and Viber; WhatsApp comes with PRO. The AI Agent is $69 per agent a month (annual), and the AI Agent page says it answers only from your content: your website plus files you upload, such as price lists and product descriptions.
Pick Jivo if your customers are spread across Viber, Instagram and WhatsApp and you want all of it in one inbox. Vendigit doesn't do those channels at all.
Think twice if your catalog changes often. An uploaded price list is a snapshot; someone has to keep it current. And per-agent pricing grows with your team.
Vendigit: when it's the better choice
Vendigit is built for one job: answering product questions correctly. It reads the feed your platform already exports for marketplaces (YML, XML including Google Merchant, CSV/TSV, JSON), re-syncs it every 6 hours, and reads your delivery, payment and returns pages from your site. The model refers to a product by its ID, and Vendigit fills in the name, price and link from the feed. If a lookup finds nothing, it says so. Complaints, refunds, wholesale prices and questions about existing orders go to your manager in the same chat; the manager can take over and later hand the dialog back.
Plans are flat: Starter $20 (1 shop, 300 dialogs, website widget), Growth $65 (3 shops, 2,000 dialogs, widget and Telegram, team members), Business $99 (unlimited shops, 4,000 dialogs), Enterprise by agreement. Details on the home page.
Pick Vendigit if you have hundreds or thousands of products, most of your chat is "do you have it, how much, will it fit," and your customers write on your site or in Telegram.
Where Vendigit is the wrong choice
We'd rather you know now than after a trial:
- No Viber, Instagram, WhatsApp or Facebook. Website widget and Telegram only, and Telegram starts on Growth.
- No orders. It doesn't place orders, track deliveries or take payments.
- No contact collection. It doesn't ask customers for phone numbers or emails.
- No native platform apps. It works from a feed URL or uploaded file, which most platforms can produce, but there's no app-store plugin.
- Not a help desk. There's no inbox for chats that never went through the assistant.
- No free plan. There's a 14-day free trial on Starter instead, and the product is new, without public case studies yet.
Two more worth a look
HelpCrunch combines live chat, email and a help centre with AI agents. Per HelpCrunch's documentation, Pro includes 50 AI conversations a month and Unlimited includes 100, with more sold as add-ons. A good fit if you want a full support suite.
SendPulse is a messaging platform with a flow-based bot builder. Per its chatbot pricing page, the free plan covers 3 bots and 500 subscribers, and Pro covers WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Viber, online chat and TikTok, priced by subscriber count. A good fit for broadcasts and guided flows; see AI assistant vs scripted chatbot for how that differs from an assistant.

How to test before you decide
- Pick 30 real questions from last month's chat, including a few awkward ones: a comparison, a "something cheaper," a complaint.
- Set up the free plan or trial of two tools you're considering.
- Ask each the same 30 questions.
- Count three things: correct answers, wrong answers, and correct handovers to a person.
- Wrong answers matter most. One invented price costs more than ten "let me pass you to a manager."
FAQ
Is Vendigit cheaper than Tidio or Jivo?
At entry level, Vendigit's Starter is $20 a month with AI included. Tidio's Starter is listed at $24.17 with Lyro priced separately, and Jivo's AI Agent is $69 per agent a month on annual billing. But Tidio and Jivo have free plans and include a full live-chat inbox, so compare total cost for your volume, not just the headline.
Does Vendigit work with Viber or Instagram?
No. It works on your website and in Telegram (Growth and above). If those channels matter most, Jivo or SendPulse are the better fit.
Can I move from Tidio or Jivo to Vendigit?
There's nothing to migrate. You add your shop, verify your domain, add the widget or Telegram, connect your product feed and go live. Some shops keep their live chat for human conversations and use Vendigit for product questions.
Which one speaks Ukrainian?
Vendigit answers in Ukrainian, Russian or English, in the language the customer writes in. Jivo says its AI Agent is "fluent in over 50 languages." We couldn't find a language list on Tidio's Lyro page.
