If your store runs on Horoshop, you already have most of what an AI assistant for Horoshop needs. The platform keeps your catalog, prices and stock in one place and can publish them as a product feed for Rozetka, Prom or Google. Vendigit reads that same feed, plus the delivery and payment pages already on your site, and answers your customers on the website and in Telegram. There is no module to install and nothing changes in your storefront.
This guide covers where to find the feed link in the Horoshop admin, how the five Vendigit setup steps go, and what the assistant will and will not answer.
Why put an AI assistant on a Horoshop store
Most messages a small shop receives are the same few questions. Is it in stock? How much is it? Is there a cheaper one? How long does Nova Poshta take to Kharkiv? Can I pay on delivery? Every answer is already written down somewhere: in the catalog or on a policy page. Someone still has to read it out, and usually that someone is the owner.
The problem is timing, not knowledge. Questions arrive at 23:40, on Sunday morning, and during a sale when everyone is busy packing. A customer who waits too long often buys from the shop that replied first.
An assistant that reads your own catalog changes the timing. It answers in seconds, at any hour, from the same data your Horoshop admin holds. When a question needs a person, it says so and passes the conversation to your manager.
Say your shop gets 30 chat questions a day and two thirds of them are about stock, price and delivery. That is 20 conversations a day nobody has to type by hand. The remaining 10 still reach you, with the full conversation attached. (This is illustrative arithmetic, not a measured figure. Your own split will differ.)
How an AI assistant for Horoshop works
Vendigit does not connect to Horoshop through an API or a plugin. It works from two things your store already publishes:
- The product feed. An XML file at a link on your domain. Vendigit reads names, prices, old prices, availability, categories, brands, images, product links and parameters from it. A feed given as a URL is re-synced automatically every 6 hours.
- Your site's pages. After you verify your domain, Vendigit reads up to 20 policy pages (delivery, payment, returns and warranty, contacts, FAQ, terms) and re-reads them weekly.
The assistant refers to a product by its id, and Vendigit fills in the name, price and link on the product card straight from your feed. If the feed says 2,890 UAH, the card shows 2,890 UAH. The assistant is instructed not to state a price or stock level it didn't find.
Where to find the feed link in Horoshop
Horoshop offers two ways to get a feed. Either works, as long as the link points to your own domain.
Option 1: a marketplace feed (Marketing → Marketplaces)
According to Horoshop's help article on product feeds for external platforms:
- In the admin, open Marketing → Marketplaces.
- Hover over the feed you need (for example Rozetka Feed or Google Feed for Merchant Center) and enable it.
- Click Generate feed. After that, the XML button opens the file. Copy its address.
The link has the form https://your-domain.com.ua/marketplace-integration/... with a random alias, so it lives on your own domain. Horoshop notes that the Rozetka, Google Shopping and Facebook feeds need the Standard plan or higher; Hotline is available on all plans. Changing the alias makes the old link stop working, so update it in Vendigit if you ever regenerate it.
One detail matters here: in marketplace feeds, only products you have marked for that feed are exported. The assistant knows only what is in the feed, so check that the products you want it to talk about are included.
Option 2: the Prom export (Products → Export)
Horoshop's article on the Prom.ua feed describes a second route:
- Open Products and click Export.
- Choose XML (Prom, main language), or Prom (ua+ru) if stock tracking is enabled on your site and you want stock in the file.
- Click Generate. The feed link appears above the All export options button.
This feed includes price, SKU, name, photos and description by default. Extra characteristics are exported only if you select them for each category. Before you paste this link into Vendigit, check that it starts with your own domain.
If you can't get a link on your domain for some reason, you can download the file and upload it to Vendigit instead (up to 20 MB). An uploaded file is not re-synced, so you replace it yourself when prices change. A URL is better for a live store.

The five setup steps
The Vendigit dashboard walks you through five steps: shop, domain, channel, feed, go live.
1. Add your shop
Enter the shop's name and website address. Vendigit creates the shop, its assistant and a website widget.
2. Verify your domain
Vendigit shows a TXT record of the form vendigit-verify=…. Add it wherever your domain's DNS records are managed and press Verify. Vendigit checks several times over about a quarter of an hour, and you can leave the page while it does. DNS changes can take up to an hour. Keep the record in place afterwards.
Verification matters for two reasons. It proves the shop is yours, and it unlocks the site crawl: once the domain is verified, Vendigit starts reading your delivery, payment and returns pages. If your store still runs on a Horoshop technical subdomain rather than your own domain, connect your domain first.
3. Add the widget or Telegram
For the website, open Assistant → Widget, set the position, accent colour and welcome message, copy the snippet and paste it before </body> in your site's template. In Horoshop this goes wherever your plan lets you add custom code to every page. If you are unsure where that is, check the Horoshop help centre or ask their support.
The widget only works on your own domain and its www. version, so another site cannot reuse it.
Telegram is available from the Growth plan. You create the channel, open the generated t.me link once to activate it, then share that link with customers. You don't create a bot or paste a token. More in our guide to a Telegram bot for an online store.
4. Upload your product feed
Paste the Horoshop feed link. The first sync starts at once and the page shows progress. Vendigit maps the feed's fields automatically, either with AI or by known column names in Ukrainian, Russian and English, and shows you the mapping to check.
A safety check protects you from a broken export: if a scheduled sync would cut a catalog of 100 or more products to less than half, Vendigit keeps the old catalog and reports the problem.
5. Test, then go live
Open Assistant → Simulator and ask what your customers ask: "Do you have it in black?", "Something like this but cheaper?", "Delivery to Odesa?". The simulator runs the real assistant on your real catalog and does not count against your plan. When the answers look right, press Go live.
What the assistant answers, and what goes to your manager
It answers on its own:
- Whether a product is in stock and what it costs, from the feed
- Finding products by description: "a gift for a 10-year-old who likes drawing"
- Alternatives, cheaper options, accessories and compatible items
- Comparisons between products already mentioned
- Which brands and categories you carry
- Delivery, payment, returns and warranty, from your own pages
It replies in Ukrainian, Russian or English, matching the customer.
It hands over to a person when the customer asks for one, complains or disputes a return or warranty, asks about wholesale or a special price, reports a damaged or wrong delivery, or asks about an order already placed. The customer is told a manager will reply in the same chat. The team members you choose get an email, and the dialog appears under "Needs a manager". You can reply, or take over completely; the assistant stays silent until you hand the dialog back. Read more about when an AI should hand over to a manager.
What it doesn't do: it doesn't take orders, check order status or collect payments. It won't ask customers for personal data. If a delivery term isn't written on your site, it says the shop doesn't publish that rather than guessing.
Which plan fits a Horoshop store
| Plan | Price | Shops | Dialogs / month | Channels |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $20 / month | 1 | 300 | Website widget |
| Growth | $65 / month | 3 | 2,000 | Widget and Telegram |
| Business | $99 / month | Unlimited | 4,000 | Widget and Telegram |
Starter comes with a 14-day free trial. If your customers mostly write in Telegram, start with Growth. Full details are on the pricing section.
FAQ
Do I need a Horoshop module or app?
No. Vendigit works from the feed link Horoshop already generates and a script snippet on your site. Nothing is installed inside the Horoshop admin.
How quickly do price changes reach the assistant?
A feed added as a link is re-synced every 6 hours. You can also press Sync in the dashboard after a big price update.
Will it answer about products that aren't in the feed?
No. The feed is its only source of product data. If a product isn't exported, the assistant treats it as not sold in your shop.
Can I reply to customers myself?
Yes. Every dialog is visible in the dashboard. You can reply as a manager or take a dialog over, and the assistant continues with full context when you return it.
Which languages does it speak?
Ukrainian, Russian and English, in whichever language the customer writes.
